EVER WANTED TO TEST BAIT FOR A BAIT COMPANY?

 

From time to time we have opportunities for dedicated carp anglers to join our team of testers. We take testers from all over the UK and Europe. You will have access to all the baits in our range, as well as some of the baits currently under test and have the opportunity to tweak a bait to your own requirements.

 

We expect the following from our testers:

 

•    Fish a minimum of 24 hours a week.

•    Use a minimum of 10 kilos of bait a month in summer and 5 kilo of bait a month in winter.

•    Commit to a minimum order of 10 kilo of bait at time of acceptance to the testers programme.

•    Promote ECB on your chosen venues.

•    Promote ECB  in your local tackle shops.

•    Submit catch reports to our field testing manager on a regular basis detailing your catches, bait used and observations on bait break down  

      etc.

•    Submit cathes to local and angling press remembering to mention ECB and the bait used.

•    Donate your time to get involved in open days and fish-in's for our chosen charities.

•    Attend any open day, tackle shop demo or tackle fair you are asked to.

•    Get involved in our forum and offer your advise and thoughts on our baits.

•    Submit an article for inclusion in our tips and advise page at least once a year.

 

As a field tester you will be representing our company, you will be expected to act accordingly, we will not tolerate our testers 'bad mouthing' competitors or their employees. We place much emphasis on our responsibility as stewards of our sport, we expect our testers to do the same by supporting groups such ECHO and THE ANGLING TRUST.
